Method
- Mix flour, instant yeast, water, olive oil, and salt in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic.
- Cut the dough into strips.
- Roll each strip out until thin.
- Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with mixed seeds and a pinch of sea salt.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes, until golden and crisp.
