Add the chopped mango, sugar, and water to a small pot.
Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, add the tea bags, and steep for 3–5 minutes.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
Optional: For extra mango flavor, blend a small portion of the mango pulp directly in the pot using an immersion blender. Just a little goes a long way—blending all the pulp will make the tea too thick.
Strain the mixture over ice and garnish with fresh lemon or mint leaves. Enjoy!
