Chocolaty, simple, and satisfying—your new favor Chocolaty, simple, and satisfying—your new favorite five-minute treat! 

Ingredients: 
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (190 g) 
3 tbsp shredded coconut 
1.5 tbsp maple syrup or other sweetener (adjust to taste) 
1/2 cup of milk to dip cookies in it 
Top layer: 
10g cacao powder (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) 
30 ml water (2 tbsp) 
1/2 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener (adjust to taste) 

Instructions: 
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt with shredded coconut and a drizzle of maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
2. Quickly dip each cookie in milk for a few seconds to moisten them.
3. Place a moistened cookie as the base layer in a small jar or serving dish. Spoon a layer of the coconut yogurt mixture on top of the cookie. Repeat this layering until you reach the desired height, ending with the yogurt mixture on top.
4. In a separate small bowl, mix cocoa powder, water and a touch of maple syrup. Stir until smooth and well combined.
5. Spoon the cocoa cream mixture over the last layer of yogurt.
6. Enjoy immediately, or chill for a few minutes for a firmer texture.

These tiramisu-inspired cookie cups are a delicious and fun twist on the classic dessert, perfect for any tiramisu lover!

Ingredients: 
For the base
160 g cookies (5.6 oz) 
35 g butter (2.5 tbsp) 
10 g coffee (2 tsp) 
For the cream
100 g yogurt (1/2 cup) 
100 g mascarpone cheese (1/2 cup) 
30 g caffe (3 tsp) 
1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
Cacao powder 

Instructions: 
1. Blend the cookies, melted butter, and brewed coffee until you get a crumbly texture. 
2. Press the mixture firmly into silicone muffin tins, or line regular muffin tins with plastic wrap to easily remove the cookie cups. 
3. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, yogurt, and a little brewed coffee until smooth and creamy. 
4. Fill each cookie cup with the mascarpone mixture. 
5. Chill the filled cups in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours to set. 
6. Before serving, sprinkle the tops with cacao powder. 
7. Enjoy your tiramisu-inspired cookie cups!

Recipe: 

1 can black beans (19 fl. oz/ 540 ml) 
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper 
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt 
2 clove garlic 
1/2 red onion
1 tbsp tomato paste 
2 tbsp olive oil 
Corn Tortilla 
Cheese to taste 
Parsley 

Notes:
- Oil the tortillas on both sides 
- Bake the tacos at 400 F (200 C) for 10 minutes on each side or until golden
- Served with guacamole and/or sour cream. ✨🥑

This coconut ricotta cake is just what you need. Contrary of what this ironic voiceover says, we are going to use sugar and eggs in this recipe and a few other simple ingredients  but no wheat flour in sight! 

Ingredients: 
300 g ricotta (1 ¼ cups)
100 g sugar (½ cup)
50 g butter, soften (4 tablespoons)
3 eggs
40 g coconut flour (1/4 cup + 2 tbsp) 
50 g desiccated dry coconut (4 tablespoons)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl until light and creamy.
3. Add ricotta, vanilla extract, and soften butter to the bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined.
4. Mix in the dried coconut and coconut flour until evenly incorporated.
5. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
6. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter in three parts using a spatula, being careful not to deflate them.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 150 g unsalted roasted peanuts - or other nuts of choice (1 cup) 
• 90 g chocolate (1/2cup) 
• Sea salt (optional)

Instructions: 

1. Melt the chocolate, in a double boiler or in the microwave.
2. Add the peanuts to the chocolate and mix with a spatula until they are completely covered. 
3. Create some peanut clusters using an icecream scoop or spoon and place them onto a plate or board covered with parchment paper.
4. Transfer to the refrigerator or freezer until sets and enjoy.

2. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high.
3. Pause the blender as needed to prevent overheating.
4. Use a tamper or scrape down the sides if needed.
5. Continue blending until smooth and creamy.
6. Transfer to a jar and store at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the fridge for up to 1 month.

Ingredients (for 2 people):
* 160 g flour (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
* 2 eggs 

Instructions: 
1. Create a well in the center of your flour mound on a clean counter, then crack in the eggs. 
2. Knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic.
3. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, covered with surround wrap.
4. Divide the dough into smaller portions.
5. Roll out each portion of dough into thin sheets using a rolling pin or pasta machine. You know it's thin enough when it's a bit see through.
6. Dust the sheets lightly with flour to prevent sticking. Fold them onto each other. 
7. Cut the sheets into fettuccine-sized strips using a knife.
8. Cook the fettuccine right away in boiling salted water for about 2-3 minutes, or until al dente.
9. Drain the cooked fettuccine and toss with your favorite sauce.
10. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade fettuccine!
