  • 1/4 cup coffee (60 ml) unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (120 g)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (30 ml) adjust to preference
  • 2 tbsp milk (30 ml)
  • Chocolate shell:
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (5 g)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips (30 g)
  • 1.5 tsp Rice Krispies (3 g)

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, yogurt, coffee, milk, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  2. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a jar or container.
  4. Melt chocolate with a bit of coconut oil.
  5. Add Rice Krispies to the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
  6. Spread the chocolate-Rice Krispies mixture over the oat layer.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
